
Class Description
This advanced Adobe Interactive training class teaches Participants how to create more sophisticated web pages. From the beginning of this 2-day course Participants will start learning the fundamentals of JavaScript code which will enable Participants to write Participants own scripts, create animated slideshows, build menus, and more. Along with scripting fundamentals Participants will also learn about jQuery, a JavaScript collection that includes pre-built functions that add interactivity, animations, and other effects to Participants page in a simple a more method. If Participants want to add animation and excitement to Participants webpages then this is the course for Participants. Participants will be taken step-by-step through a variety of exercises that will take Participants web development skills to the next level. Kick Participants sites up a notch by adding interactivity to create an amazing user experience. Knowing even the basics will empower Participants to write Participants own scripts as well as use freely available JavaScript frameworks like jQuery. Learn how to create animated slideshows with transitions like fades or slides. Create animated image enlargers, show/hide additional content, build nice looking menus and more. Participants will even learn how to use cookies to remember a visitor’s custom settings the next time they visit Participants site.

Suggested Prerequisites
We highly recommend attending our Adobe Dreamweaver – Website Development class or having equivalent knowledge before coming to the course. We also recommend that you have the Adobe Dreamweaver software before starting the class. You can purchase the software or obtain a trial version of it from the Adobe website.
