This 5-day hands-on class will teach you the concepts and skills needed to use Adobe Captivate effectively in a professional elearning development work-through. Through hands-on practice working with basic through advanced techniques, you will learn to create complete elearning courses using objects such as hotspots, interactive elements, voice narrations and audio. You will learn to use Captivate for recording demos and how to create quizzes using Captivate’s interactive assessments. Learn the step-by-step proven methods top instructional designers use to create online classes that their clients love. Who Should Attend
This Adobe Captivate training bootcamp is ideal for instructional designers, training professionals, L&D professionals, and eLearning consultants that are complete beginners as well as those that have basic to intermediate proficiency in instructional design and eLearning course-creation workflows.
Suggested Prerequisites
It is expected that users have a basic understanding of why and how they expect to use Captivate for their E-Learning needs. Bringing samples of desired or previous work is helpful but not required. We also recommend that you have the Adobe Captivate software before starting the class. You can purchase the software or obtain a trial version of it from the Adobe website. Knowledge of your operating system and basic computer navigation is required for all classes.
Course Outline
This class is a discounted combination of the Captivate 101, Captivate 201 and Captivate 202 classes. For student cancellation purposes, each separate component is treated as a separate class. We schedule our Captivate 101, Captivate 201 and Captivate 202 classes in the same week so we offer a discount on the bundle of classes. This bundle/workshop provides a significant discount off of our regular pricing. Our standard policy for all bundled workshops is that once one of the classes in the bundle, package or workshop is attended, no refunds are available for unused portions of the bundle. Student rescheduling is available under our regular policies.
